So I’ve been slacking with updating this blog. Sorry!!
But here it is. I’ve started zumba, but I’m a little bit puffy from my period starting. Oh well.
Day 11
So I’ve decided that yoga is one of my new favourite things. So fun and you can really feel it working. Love it.

So the day is only half over, but good start today. I tried some yoga and loved it. :)
Day 8
FANTASTIC day today. Two workouts down, and stayed completely on track with my food. Woohoo.

Happy New Year!
Such a good, good, good, good day. So proud of myself.

Day 5 + 6
So there was no photo for yesterday. I just never got around to it.
Nothing too spectacular to say. Yesterday was alright … ate a few things I shouldn’t have, but the start of the day was great. Oh well.
Day Four.
So, I didn’t quite have time to take a photo in the morning. So this is about 4 pm with breakfast, lunch and snack already eaten. Not all that accurate, so I’m a little puffy.
Not a horrible day food wise, but not great either.
